Terms & Conditions
Version 1.2 — Last updated: March 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance of terms
Feonix Risk (the "Service") is a portfolio risk analytics product operated by Feonix Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202602748D), a company incorporated in Singapore ("Feonix", "we", "us", "our"). Feonix may also be referred to in marketing and product materials as Feonix AI.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, we will notify you of material changes within the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Not financial advice
Feonix Risk is a portfolio analytics and educational tool only. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management services, or other regulated financial services.
All analysis, simulations, projections, and outputs generated by the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.
You acknowledge that:
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Simulations and projections are based on mathematical models and assumptions that have inherent limitations.
- Actual market behaviour and outcomes may differ materially from any analysis or projection provided by the Service.
Any decisions you make, and any actions you take or do not take based on the Service, are entirely your own responsibility.
3. No warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feonix makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of:
- accuracy, completeness, or reliability;
- merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
- non‑infringement; or
- suitability for your individual circumstances.
We do not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free;
- any defects or errors will be corrected; or
- the outputs of the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Feonix, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or
- loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- SGD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Consult a professional
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances. You should consider consulting a qualified, licensed financial adviser or other appropriate professional before making investment or financial decisions based on any analysis or information generated by the Service.
6. AI‑generated content
The Service uses third‑party artificial intelligence models and services, which may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. AI‑generated content may contain errors, omissions, or "hallucinations".
You are solely responsible for:
- evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of any outputs; and
- verifying any information before relying on it or acting on it.
Feonix does not guarantee and is not responsible for the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any AI‑generated content.
7. Your API keys
You may choose to connect your own API keys for third‑party AI or data providers. You remain solely responsible for those accounts and for all charges incurred under them.
Feonix may encrypt API keys at rest; however:
- we do not control third‑party pricing, availability, rate limits, or usage policies; and
- we are not responsible for any charges, outages, errors, or changes imposed by third‑party providers.
8. Account and data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.
Portfolio data and other information you enter may be stored securely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data loss will never occur. You may delete your account at any time via any mechanism we provide. Account deletion will permanently remove associated data, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements we may have (for example, for compliance or audit purposes).
9. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through our selected payment processor (currently Stripe) on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or yearly), unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
We may change pricing, subscription plans, or features from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service to violate any law or regulation;
- present, market, or imply that the Service is providing financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts or data;
- interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the operation or security of the Service;
- upload or transmit any malicious code, malware, or harmful content; or
- copy, scrape, or systematically extract content or data from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.
11. Third‑party services
The Service may integrate with or rely upon third‑party services and providers, including AI model providers, market data sources, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and payment processors.
These third‑party services are not controlled by Feonix. Their availability, performance, and terms may change without notice. Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies between you and those third parties.
Feonix is not responsible for any act, omission, outage, error, loss, or damage caused by a third‑party service or its operators.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, branding, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by Feonix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law:
- you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes; and
- you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it.
You retain ownership of the portfolio data and other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Feonix a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, process, use, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service.
13. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third‑party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience to you.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account using any account closure process we provide.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
- we are required to do so by law or a government authority; or
- we discontinue the Service or a material part of it.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution) shall continue in effect.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
If you upload or submit personal or confidential information, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to do so and for complying with any applicable data protection obligations.
16. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, government action, regulatory changes, or failures of third‑party providers.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Nothing in this clause limits our right to seek interim, injunctive, or other relief in any jurisdiction where you reside or where your assets are located, if such relief is necessary to protect our rights.
18. Company details
The Service is operated by Feonix Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202602748D), a company incorporated in Singapore.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents or policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feonix in relation to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements regarding the Service.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Waiver
No failure or delay by Feonix in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
22. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
